中国文化共享工程因其多点覆盖的布局特征,具有缩小城乡文化发展差距和传播优秀文化信息等优势,对实现公共文化服务的数字协同具有重要意义。分析了当前文化共享工程建设面临的现实困境和诸多问题;探究了趋于整体性治理的公共文化服务数字协同的“五位一体”新模式,即在城乡一体化背景下,各级文化管理部门应从基础设施、数字资源、技工队伍、资金投入和传输渠道方面着力,实现城乡公共文化服务的数字化协同供给。
