大蒜是成县栽培历史悠久、营养丰富、风味独特、用途广泛、发展较快、市场畅销、收益较高的名优外销商品蔬菜之一,近几年播种面积、产量、产值均占到全县蔬菜生产的三分之一以上。但近年来,成县大蒜由于长期进行无性繁殖,受多种病毒的连年侵染,使品种逐渐衰老退化,加之新技术研究应用滞后,栽培管理不当,致使品质变劣,产量下降,效益徘徊。本县农技人员通过近3~4年的试验探索,总结出了一套地膜大蒜高产、高效技术规程,可有效消除
