给出了低浓铀燃料元件结合层超声反射回波相位幅度信息理论分析和计算方法,也讨论了不同结合率对回波相位与幅度的作用。理论分析表明,由于包壳与芯体材料声阻抗差异很大,在超声评价结合质量时,不能忽略回波相位信息,而且须采用宽频相位幅度综合分析技术。现已研制成这种超声系统,无损检验结果与理论分析很好地相符。这种技术也成功地用于多种具有明显声性能差异的材料所组成的复合结构检验。
The information theory analysis and calculation method of the phase amplitude of the ultrasonic reflected echo of the LEU fuel element bonding layer are given. The effects of different binding rates on the phase and amplitude of the echo are also discussed. Theoretical analysis shows that due to the large difference between the acoustic impedance of the cladding and the core material, echo phase information can not be neglected when evaluating the bonding quality by ultrasound, and a wide-band phase and amplitude comprehensive analysis technique must be adopted. Has been developed into such an ultrasound system, non-destructive test results and theoretical analysis is in good agreement. This technique has also been successfully applied to the inspection of composite structures made of many materials with significant acoustic performance differences.
