采用Barlat89和Hill48屈服准则的两种参数求解方法,即应力各向异性数据求解法和变形各向异性数据求解法,分别推导与轧制方向成不同角度的单向拉伸加载下的屈服应力值和各向异性指数,并与NUMISHEET2014提供的DP600材料的实验数据进行比较。结果表明,在两种求解方法中,应力各向异性数据求解法在预测不同加载方向上的屈服应力时较为准确;变形各向异性数据求解法在预测不同加载方向上的塑性应变比时较为准确;Barlat89屈服准则对DP600材料各向异性的预测比Hill48屈服准则更准确。
The two parameters solving methods of Barlat89 and Hill48 yield criterion are solved by solving the stress anisotropy data and deformation anisotropy data and deducing the yield stress under uniaxial tensile loading And anisotropy index, and compared with the experimental data provided by NUMISHEET2014 DP600 material. The results show that in the two methods, the stress anisotropy data is more accurate in predicting the yield stress in different loading directions. The anisotropic deformation data method is more accurate in predicting the plastic strain ratio in different loading directions ; Barlat89 yield criterion predicts the anisotropy of DP600 more accurately than the Hill48 yield criterion.
