“十二五”末,南通人保财险实现年度保费收入21.9元,成为江苏江北产险行业首家年度保费突破20亿元的地市级分公司,市场份额达到40%。自2010年起,公司经营绩效连续7年跃进全国系统“城市公司50强”。在实现保费增速、盈利水平持续超越区域市场的背景下,在市场竞争复杂多变的形势面前,如何进一步提升公司核心竞争力,持续保持公司在区域市场全面领先优势;如何有效应对内外部发展环境带来的多重挑战,顺利实现公司确立的“十三五”发展战略目标,是公司面向后20亿时代必须深入思考和迫切需要解决的重要课题。本文从保险企业核心竞争力概念及含义、区域产险市场现状及未来发展趋势、公司面临的内外部发展环境等方面作一粗浅阐述及分析,并结合公司实际,提出积极应对的主要举措。
At the end of the 12th Five-year Plan, PICC Property & Casualty realized an annual premium income of 21.9 yuan, making it the first prefecture-level branch with an annual premium of more than 2 billion yuan in the property and casualty insurance industry in Jiangbei, Jiangsu Province, achieving a market share of 40%. Since 2010, the company’s operating performance has jumped into the national system of “top 50 city companies” for seven consecutive years. In the context of realizing the growth of premiums and continuously surpassing the level of profitability in the regional market, how to further enhance the Company’s core competitiveness in the face of the complex and volatile market competition, and continuously maintain the Company’s overall leading advantages in the regional markets; how to effectively deal with the internal and external development The multiple challenges brought about by the environment and the successful realization of the “13th Five-Year Plan” development strategy established by the Company are important topics that the company must think deeply and urgently need to address in the post-2-billion age. In this paper, we give a brief introduction and analysis from the concept and meaning of the core competitiveness of insurance companies, the status quo and future development of regional property insurance market, the internal and external environment for development of the company, and the main measures to deal with the problems actively.
