速度目标值的确定是铁路项目决策的重要因素,应结合项目定位,从经济性、路网协调性、开行方案等方面进行综合比选和考虑。结合东北某项目,仅从技术经济方面提出了平坦地区速度目标值方案比选中的建设标准和经济比较的重点和方法。研究结论:对于平坦地区而言,不同速度目标值方案对线路长度、桥梁结构工程方面影响不大,但对桥梁比例、路基工程、站后工程及轨道工程方面影响较大。
The determination of the speed target value is an important factor in the railway project decision-making. Based on the project positioning, we should comprehensively select and consider from the aspects of economy, road network coordination and program opening. In combination with a project in Northeast China, the key points and methods for comparison of construction standards and economy in the flat-rate target area are proposed only from the technical and economic aspects. Research conclusions: For the flat areas, the different speed target value scheme has little effect on the length of the line and bridge structure engineering, but has a greater impact on the proportion of bridges, subgrade engineering, post-station engineering and orbital engineering.
