在医学上,直接用酶治疗疾病已广泛受到重视。祖国医学对于中药中酶的认识和应用,已有悠久的历史。如《本草纲目》所载的“膍胵里黄皮一名鸡内金,主治……小儿食积,大人淋漓、反胃”,即是描述鸡内金能助消化,这一作用就在于它含有丰富的蛋白酶;又如《本草纲目》载:麦芽“消化一切米面诸果食积”,其作用也在于麦芽中含有多种消化酶。近代研究证明,含有酶的中药品种繁多,这些中药中有许多酶都是其有效成分,在疾病的治疗上能直接发挥药理作用。从这一角度整理、研究中药,有着很大的潜力。本人就这方面的初步了解,谈一点肤浅认识。

Modern studies have shown that there are many varieties of Chinese herbs containing enzymes. Many of these Chinese herbs are active ingredients and can directly exert their pharmacological effects in the treatment of diseases. There is great potential for collating and studying Chinese medicine from this perspective. I have a brief understanding of this in my understanding of this aspect.
