冷轧过程中的带钢形状对产品产量,质量以及下工序中的生产率都有很大的影响。本文作者在水岛厂的五机架冷连轧机上发明了自动板形控制系统,它是用一个两辊式的板形检测装置,安在第五机架的出口侧。此系统通过测定带钢上的张力分布来检测带钢板形,并把其输出信号自动地反馈到压下装置和工作辊弯辊装置上,使之得到良好的带钢板形。这个设备自1969年10月在冷连轧机上使用以来得到如下效果: (1)这个两辊形的板形控制装置其精确度为δ/1=±0.4%(称为波动值)。 (2)在整个带钢长度上的波动值大都小于±0.6%,但是在带钢的焊接处,由于工作辊弯辊装置反应缓慢,此波动值常常达到±1.9%。
The strip shape during cold rolling has a significant impact on product yield, quality, and productivity in the next process. The author of this article invented an automatic plate control system at a five-stand tandem cold mill at Mizushima plant by using a two-roll plate-shaped detection device mounted on the exit side of the fifth rack. The system detects the strip shape by measuring the tension distribution on the strip and automatically feeds back its output signal to the press-down unit and the work roll bending unit to obtain a good strip shape. This equipment has been used in cold tandem rolling mills since October 1969 and has the following advantages: (1) This two-roll plate-shaped control unit has an accuracy of δ / 1 = ± 0.4% (referred to as fluctuation value). (2) Fluctuations throughout the length of the strip are mostly less than ± 0.6%, but at the weld of the strip, the fluctuation is usually ± 1.9% due to the slow reaction of the work roll bender.
