随着我国经济的持续发展,海洋利益也越来越关切。党的十八大作出了建设海洋强国的重大部署。实施这一重大部署,对推动经济持续健康发展,维护国家主权、安全、发展利益,实现全面建成小康社会目标、进而实现中华民族伟大复兴都具有重大而深远的意义。但是世界格局正在发生深刻的变化中,这就不得不说如何宣传教育海洋的知识与文化,让我们的学生从小培养起海洋忧患的意识,以便进一步地了解海洋。
As China’s economy continues to develop, its maritime interests are also increasingly concerned. The 18th CPC National Congress has made major plans for building a maritime power. The implementation of this major deployment is of great and far-reaching significance for promoting sustained and healthy economic development, safeguarding national sovereignty, security, developing interests, realizing the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. However, the world landscape is undergoing profound changes. This has to say about how to propagandize and educate the knowledge and culture of the oceans so as to enable our students to cultivate a maritime sense of crisis in order to further understand the oceans.
