心肌细胞在每一次激动,都包含除极和复极两个过程,反映在心电图上的时间为Q-T间期。由于它受多种因家影响,对其正常值及应用限度相差较大。为此,我们检测了50例冠心病患者Q-Tc和J-Tc改变,并与30例正常人及10例风湿性心脏病患者对照,且探讨冠心病不同心功能之改变,报告如下。1 材料与方法1.1 检测对象 冠心病组50例,男40,女10,平均年龄60.3岁,均有典型临床症状、体征及心电图改变,并能除外其他心血管疾病。正常组30例,男25,女5,平均年龄59.4岁,样本来自老于健康检查及自愿接受检查者,无心血管病症状,血压、胸透、心电图及

The normal group of 30 cases, male 25, female 5, the average age of 59.4 years old, the sample from the old and voluntary examination, no cardiovascular disease symptoms, blood pressure, chest X-ray, ECG and
