目的分析对硬核白内障患者行以小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗的疗效。方法108例硬核白内障患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各54例。对照组行以常规切口白内障囊外摘除术治疗,研究组行以小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗,比较两组患者术后裸眼视力、术后角膜散光度、并发症发生情况。结果术后3个月,两组患者裸眼视力对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组角膜散光度为(0.98±0.13)D,明显低于对照组的(1.80±0.46)D,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率
