战国末期法家思想的集大成者韩非子以其独特的人性观——自为心,提出一整套包含道、法、术、势在内的治国方略,其中术论中有关丰富的何为人才、如何选才、如何用才以及如何考核人才的思想。其中诸多论述是非常契合当下的人力资源开发的。通过对韩非子人才思想的探究,结合我国当前实际建立以“贤”和“能”为基本标准的人才观,建立科学的选才方法,健全多样化的用人方法以及构建合理的考核制度,从而促进我国人力资源开发的有效进行。
Han Feizi, a master of the legalist thoughts in the late Warring States period, put forward a set of strategies of running a country with Taoism, law, technique and potential with its unique outlook on humanity. How to use talent and how to evaluate talent? Many of these statements are very much in tune with the current development of human resources. Through the exploration of the thoughts of Han Fei-zi talent, combining with the current actual situation of our country, we establish the talent selection method based on “Yin ” and “can ”, establish the scientific method of selecting talent, improve the diversified methods of employment and establish a reasonable assessment System, so as to promote the effective development of human resources in our country.
