地市级学术期刊对促进地方哲学社会科学繁荣发展有着重要的意义。地市级学术期刊存在竞争力不强、优质稿源有限、分工不明晰、专业技术人才匮乏等问题。文章认为,发展地市级学术期刊可从四个方面努力:增强发展意识,树立为地方大局服务观念;提高办刊水平,把握特色与质量;完善体制机制,科学规范化管理;提高人员素质,建立人才队伍。
The municipal academic journals are of great significance to promoting the prosperity and development of local philosophy and social sciences. Local academic journals are not competitive, quality source is limited, the division of labor is not clear, lack of professional and technical personnel and other issues. The article holds that the development of municipal academic journals can be harnessed from four aspects: enhancing the awareness of development, establishing the service concept for the overall situation of the local government, improving the level of running a journal, grasping the characteristics and quality, perfecting the system and mechanism, standardizing scientific management, improving the quality of personnel, team of genius.
