转型期医院可持续发展能力表现为医院临床学科综合发展能力。作为内生性卫生资源的一种特殊组合方式,临床学科的发展能力具体体现在现有资源利用效率、人才结构、学科规模、特色技术、支撑条件等多个方面。对临床学科发展能力进行综合评价,可以从一个方面反映医院的可持续发展能力。
The ability of hospitals to achieve sustainable development in the transitional period is the comprehensive development capability of the hospital’s clinical disciplines. As a special combination of endogenous health resources, the development capabilities of clinical disciplines are embodied in various aspects such as existing resource utilization efficiency, talent structure, subject size, featured technology, and support conditions. Comprehensive evaluation of clinical development capabilities can reflect the hospital’s sustainable development capabilities from one perspective.
