Lord of the Flies is a work by British writer William Golding who won the Nobel Prize in Literature. The deconstruction of the traditional theme, the rewriting of allegory style, the application of intertextuality and irony made Golding’s Lord of the Flies possess a brand new element that surpassed the then aesthetic experience and became a fable masterpiece with the postmodern sprout.
