微等离子体射频技术治疗瘢痕的研究进展

瘢痕是各种创伤后所引起的正常皮肤组织的外观形态和组织病理学改变的统称,它是人体创伤修复过程中必然的产物.临床上已出现很多治疗瘢痕的方法,效果差异大,患者满意度不高,迫切需要更多治疗瘢痕的新手段出现.近年来随着新兴光电设备的问世,使微创治疗成为治疗瘢痕的一种新方式,其中微等离子体因其独特的治疗原理,不仅能有效改善各类瘢痕,还具有安全性好、有效性高、不良反应少等特点,已逐渐被临床所接受.现就这一新兴的光电技术做一综述.“,”Scar is general designation of the appearance and pathological changes of the normal skin tissue after all kinds of trauma.It is the inevitable product of human body in the process of wound repair.Clinically, several modalities have been advocated to treat scars.Due to the different clinical efficacy and satisfactory of patients, novel modalities are necessary to be applied in treating scars.The micro-plasma has been used for clinical treatment of scar and has greatly improved clinical efficacy of scar in recent years.It has been gradually accepted by clinical because of the advantages, such as high safety and effectiveness, less adverse reactions etc.
