对30CrMo 和40CrNi钢埋弧自动焊焊缝金属的强韧化机理进行了初步研究。结果表明控制好焊缝金属的合金化程度,能细化针状铁素体,阻止M-A组元脆化,使焊缝金属达到良好的强韧性配合,并且能有效地防止焊接结晶裂纹的产生。
The toughening mechanism of 30CrMo and 40CrNi steel submerged arc welding metal was preliminarily studied. The results show that controlling the degree of alloying of the weld metal can refine the acicular ferrite, prevent embrittlement of the M-A component, make the weld metal achieve a good strength and toughness, and can effectively prevent the welding of the crystal crack produce.
