提出辣根过氧化物酶法分析左旋多巴,方法基于一定条件下左旋多巴对辣根过氧化物酶催化对氯苯酚-4-AAP偶联发色体系有干扰,干扰程度与左旋多巴的浓度有相关性。研究了干扰产生的原因和条件,建立了微量左旋多巴的测定方法,检出限可达 2.5 × 10-7mol/L。用于左旋多巴片的含量测定,结果令人满意。
The method of horseradish peroxidase analysis of levodopa was proposed. The method was based on the interference of levodopa on horseradish peroxidase-catalyzed chlorophenol-4-AAP colorimetric system under certain conditions, The concentration of a correlation. The causes and conditions of interference were studied, and the determination method of trace levodopa was established. The detection limit was up to 2.5 × 10-7mol / L.
