铁镍合金具有优异的机械性能和理化性能,被广泛地用于制作大规模集成电路的引线框架。可是该合金在大气中易于腐蚀,当空气湿度较大时,甚至产生锈斑。为了防止该合金的大气腐蚀,已有的一些措施,如防锈包装,真空包装,涂防锈油等,都有一定的局限性。防锈包装往往效果不理想,真空包装容易碰破造成失效,涂防锈油会产生油斑,对电镀前处理造成障碍,可能成为集成电路引线框架材料的缺陷。
Iron-nickel alloy with excellent mechanical properties and physical and chemical properties, is widely used in the manufacture of lead-frame of large scale integrated circuits. However, the alloy is easily corroded in the atmosphere, and even when the air humidity is high, rust is generated. In order to prevent the atmospheric corrosion of the alloy, some of the existing measures, such as rust-proof packaging, vacuum packaging, coated with anti-rust oil, have certain limitations. Rust-proof packaging is often ineffective, easy to break the vacuum packaging caused failure, painted anti-rust oil will produce oil spots, causing obstacles to the pre-plating process may become a defect in the integrated circuit lead frame material.
