为了研究萃取剂P204在不同条件下对Sc~(3+)、Fe~(3+)和Al~(3+)萃取分离效果,试验以磺化煤油为稀释剂,按照一定比例配制含有萃取剂P204和添加剂TBP的有机溶剂,对含有Sc~(3+)、Fe~(3+)和Al~(3+)的混合溶液进行萃取实验。本实验考察了时间、萃取酸度、P204-TBP-煤油体系不同P204含量、相比等条件对萃取液的影响,通过分析萃取过程对有价元素选择性分离规律的研究。在萃取液酸度为0.1mol/L,萃取相比为1:10,萃取有机相为6%P204+4%TBP+90%煤油的条件下,可达ηSc=99.69%,DSc=2386,βSc/Fe=8685,βSc/Al=17146。为湿法冶金提取有价元素提供提供帮助。
In order to study the separation of Sc ~ (3 +), Fe ~ (3+) and Al ~ (3 +) in extractant P204 under different conditions, sulfonated kerosene was used as a diluent and the extractant P204 and additive TBP, the extraction experiment was carried out on the mixed solution containing Sc ~ (3 +), Fe ~ (3+) and Al ~ (3+).
