目的观察3种常用消毒液对硅胶气管套管的消毒效果。方法采用棉拭涂抹采样和活菌计数培养法,对戊二醛、碘伏和84消毒液消毒使用后气管套管的效果进行了观察。结果分别用浓度为5 000 mg/L有效碘的碘伏消毒液、20 g/L戊二醛消毒液和有效氯250 mg/L的84消毒液浸泡气管套管20 min,每种消毒液都浸泡24例,均可杀灭自然菌,消毒后的气管套管上均未检出金黄色葡萄球菌。经临床观察,碘伏消毒液无刺激性,戊二醛和84消毒液均显示出一定刺激性。结论所观察的3种消毒液对硅胶气管套管消毒效果较好,但碘伏消毒液在使用安全性方面更优于戊二醛和84消毒液。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect of three common disinfectant on silicone tracheal tube. Methods The effects of tracheal tube after disinfection of glutaraldehyde, iodophor and 84 disinfectant were observed by cotton swab smear and viable count culture method. RESULTS: The iodine disinfection solution with 5 000 mg / L effective iodine, 20 g / L glutaraldehyde disinfectant and 84 disinfectant with 250 mg / L effective chlorine were used to soak the tracheal tube for 20 min. Conclusion The three kinds of disinfectant observed disinfection of silicone tracheal tube better, but iodine disinfectant in the use of safety is better than glutaraldehyde and 84 disinfectant.
