美国著名实用主义教育家杜威提出的“做中学”教学理论,提倡教学应通过活动从学生的经验出发,致力于培养学生的动手能力和创新能力,对美国的教育有着深刻的影响,至今仍作为指导原则在美国课堂教学中广泛应用。美国“做中学”教学理论充分揭示了高素质劳动者和技能型人才培养的具体路径和方式,我国成人高校可以将其作为理论参考,从中借鉴积极成果和成功经验,重新谋划课程体系、教学方法、考核评价方式和师生角色定位等方面的教学改革思路。
