目的:研究嫩肤液对老年大鼠皮肤成纤维细胞含量的影响,从而了解该药抗皮肤衰老的作用机理。方法:将40只老龄大鼠随机分为药物组、阳性组、模型组和正常组4组,每组10只,前3组背部脱毛后分别涂抹嫩肤液、维生素E胶囊、生理盐水,连续涂敷30天后处死动物,取背部涂药处皮肤及尾腱,经消化后测定OD值,以评价嫩肤液的抗衰老作用。结果:各组成纤维细胞含量与模型(盐水)组相比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.01);药物(嫩肤液)组成纤维细胞含量与正常组间无显著性差异(P>0.05);药物(嫩肤液)组与阳性(维E)组间成纤维细胞含量有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:嫩肤液能够对成纤维细胞产生刺激作用,促进成纤维细胞分裂、合成及其分泌胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白的能力,使老化的皮肤恢复弹性活力,从而达到抗衰老的目的。
Objective: To study the effect of skin rejuvenation liquid on the content of skin fibroblasts in aged rats, so as to understand the anti-aging mechanism of the drug. METHODS: Forty old rats were randomly divided into four groups: drug group, positive group, model group, and normal group. Ten rats in each group were used. The first three groups were applied with rejuvenation liquid, vitamin E capsules, and saline solution after back hair removal. After 30 days of coating, the animals were sacrificed, and the skin and tail cercariae at the back of the applicator were taken, and the OD value was determined after digestion to evaluate the anti-aging effect of the skin rejuvenation liquid. Results:Compared with model (saline) group, there were significant differences in the content of fibroblasts of each component (P<0.01). There was no significant difference between fibroblasts content of drug (rejuvenation lotion) and normal group (P>0.05). There was a significant difference in the content of fibroblasts between the drug (rejuvenation fluid) group and the positive (dimensional E) group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Skin rejuvenation can stimulate fibroblasts, promote the fibroblasts’ cell division, synthesis and the ability to secrete collagen and elastin, so that the aged skin can restore its elasticity and achieve the purpose of anti-aging.
