文献报道一些含有苯基的环四硅氧烷具有抗癌、雄性避孕等生理活性。我们试图合成带有生理活性基团的聚硅氧烷,为此着手探索合成一种在环四硅氧烷侧基上具有较高反应性能基团的化合物,文献中很少有这方面的研究报道。为了合成环体,我们按文献合成了1,5-二氯-1,1,3,3,5,5-六甲基三硅氧烷,采用了有别于文献报道的方法合成了1,5-二氯-3-苯基-1,1,3,5,5-五甲基三硅氧烷和1,5-二氯-3,3-二苯基-1,1,5,5-四甲基三硅氧烷。三种不同的1,5-二氯-三硅氧烷分别与甲基-2-(甲氧羰基)丙基二硅烷进行成环水解,成功的合成了三种文献中没有报道的带有2-(甲氧羰基)丙基侧基的环四硅氧烷,并将与无水肼反应,得到了聚甲基,2-酰肼丙基硅氧
The literature reports that some phenyl-containing cyclotetrasiloxane possesses anti-cancer, male contraceptive and other physiological activities. We have tried to synthesize polysiloxanes with physiologically active groups. Therefore, we have explored the synthesis of a compound with higher reactivity on the side groups of cyclotetrasiloxane. There are few studies in this field Reported. In order to synthesize the ring body, we synthesize 1,5-dichloro-1, 1, 3,3,5,5-hexamethyltrisiloxane according to the literature and synthesize 1 using a method different from that reported in the literature. 5-dichloro-3-phenyl-1,1,3,5,5-pentamethyltrisiloxane and 1,5-dichloro-3,3-diphenyl-1,1,5,5 Tetramethyl trisiloxane. Three different 1,5-dichloro-trisiloxanes were respectively cyclized with methyl-2- (methoxycarbonyl) propyldisilane to synthesize three unsuccessful reports with 2 - (methoxycarbonyl) propyl side groups and reacted with anhydrous hydrazine to give polymethyl, 2-hydrazidopropylsiloxane
