实验评价了SE-1型亲油活化重晶石对油基解卡液动力稳定性与流变性的影响。结果表明,亲油重晶石与普通重晶石相比具有以下优点:在油基液中的悬浮性明显改善;解卡液粘度略有上升,动切力与静切力明显提高;原浆经80℃、16h老化后切力不但没有下降反而增大;老化浆上下密度差比普通重晶石老化浆减小50%以上.亲油重晶石能明显改善油基液的动力稳定性与流变性,且在白油基解卡液中的效果更好。
The effect of SE-1 type lipophilic activated barite on the dynamic stability and rheological properties of oil-based solution was evaluated experimentally. The results show that lipophilic barite has the following advantages compared with ordinary barite: Suspension in oil-base fluid is obviously improved; the viscosity of solution in card is slightly increased; the dynamic shear force and shearing force increase obviously; After aging at 80 ℃ and 16h, not only did the shear force decrease but the density difference of the aged pulp was reduced by 50% or more than that of the ordinary barite aged pulp.
