油田企业职业健康管理对策探讨

通过回顾某油田企业主要职业病危害因素特点、职业卫生监督管理体系情况及职业病危害因素检测与体检情况等职业卫生工作现状。认真分析国有特大型企业搞好职业卫生工作的社会责任,查找《职业病防治法》宣贯、所属单位职业卫生管理、油田外部市场监管、企业职防机构建设及隐患治理等方面存在的不足。从建立管理制度,加强行业自律意识;扩大宣传培训,普及职业卫生知识;重视前期预防,控制职业危害隐患;落实防护措施,改善劳动者工作条件;加强健康监护,保护劳动者健康权益;加强技术支撑,满足职业病防治需要六个方面探讨了搞好职业卫生工作的对策。 By reviewing the characteristics of major occupational hazards in an oilfield enterprise, the status of occupational health supervision and management system and occupational disease hazard testing and physical examination, occupational health work status is also reviewed. Seriously analyze the social responsibilities of state-owned large enterprises in doing a good job in occupational health work and find out the shortcomings in such areas as publicizing occupational disease prevention laws, occupational health management of their subordinate units, supervising and controlling the external market of oilfields, building an enterprise’s anti-personnel body and managing hidden dangers. From the establishment of management system to strengthen self-awareness of the industry; to expand publicity and training, popularization of occupational health knowledge; attention to early prevention and control of occupational hazards; implementation of protective measures to improve the working conditions of workers; strengthen health care and protection of workers’ rights and interests; strengthen technology Support and meet the needs of occupational disease prevention and treatment of six aspects to explore the countermeasures to improve occupational health work.
