目的:探讨纤维支气管镜治疗机械通气患儿肺不张有效的护理方法。方法:回顾性分析2015年1月至2015年12月重庆医科大学附属儿童医院收治的78例机械通气患儿肺不张行纤维支气管镜灌洗治疗的临床资料,总结促进纤维支气管镜治疗快速、顺利、高质量完成且减少不良反应的护理方法。结果:78例机械通气患儿的肺不张在行纤维支气管镜治疗后,阻塞的支气管得到打开,黏痰吸出,肺部炎症减轻,达到了良好的预期治疗效果,为患儿减少呼吸机带机时间提供了有效的帮助。结论:做好完善的术前准备,是确保手术顺利进行的前提;术中娴熟的的操作技术配合,细致的病情观察,是确保手术高效高质完成的重要手段,术后的病情疗效观察及经验总结,是提高手术成功率和治疗效果的重要保障。纤维支气管镜灌洗治疗机械通气患儿肺不张见效快,疗效好,操作简便,损伤小,已经得到了广泛的使用。这项技术的广泛使用,要求更多的护士能进行高质量的手术配合和护理。因此,我们要不断总结经验,改进护理措施,培养新人,为患儿提供优质、高效、人性化的护理。
