为实现“全三脱”工艺少渣冶炼,进一步降低半钢辅料消耗,首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司进行了脱磷炉采用脱碳渣热态直接返回利用工艺。对热态脱碳渣的脱磷能力及可回收性进行了分析,并研究了热态渣对脱磷炉成渣工艺的影响及在脱磷炉中的应用效果。结果表明:每炉回收热态渣10~15t,可节约石灰1.6~2.4t,若铁水w(Si)<0.15%,脱磷炉可不加石灰,钢铁料消耗相应减少2.4kg/t,并且可取消萤石及轻烧石灰的使用。脱磷炉采用回吃热态脱碳渣工艺后,终点磷含量与常规处理几乎相同,同时可利用转炉渣中的显热,降低热量损失。
In order to realize less slag smelting and further reduce the consumption of semi-steel auxiliary materials, Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel United Co., Ltd. carried out a direct return dephosphorization furnace slag removal process using the direct state of the desulphurization slag. The dephosphorization ability and recyclability of hot decarburized slag were analyzed. The effect of hot slag on the slagging process of dephosphorization furnace and the application effect in dephosphorization furnace were studied. The results show that the recovery of hot slag from 10 to 15t can save 1.6 ~ 2.4t of lime. If the w (Si) of molten iron is less than 0.15%, the dephosphorization furnace can reduce the consumption of steel by 2.4kg / t, Eliminate the use of fluorite and light-burned lime. After the dephosphorization furnace is used to eat the hot decarburization slag process, the final phosphorus content is almost the same as the conventional treatment, and the sensible heat in the converter slag can be utilized to reduce the heat loss.
