目的探讨急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α),白细胞介素(IL-6,IL-8)等炎性细胞因子的动态变化。方法选取2010年1月-2012年1月某院收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者128例为研究对象,用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法测定不同时期血清TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8的水平变化,另选取同时期该院体检中心87例健康体检者作为对照组。结果观察组发病当天TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8水平明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);随时间(d 3、d 7)延续,TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8水平逐渐下降,但仍高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);d 14TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8水平下降至正常水平,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论 IL-6、IL-8以及TNF-α增高介导的以白细胞浸润为主的急性炎性反应可能是急性缺血性脑卒中疾病进展的一个重要原因,它们之间互相诱生、相互作用,是急性缺血性脑卒中的高危因素。
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of inflammatory cytokines such as serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), interleukin (IL-6) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 128 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to a hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were selected as study objects. Serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-6 at different stages were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) 8 changes in the level of the other selected the same period the hospital physical examination center 87 cases of healthy people as a control group. Results The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 on the day of onset in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 decreased gradually, but were still higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The levels of d14TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 decreased to the normal levels, There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions The acute inflammatory reaction induced by leukocyte infiltration mediated by the increase of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α may be an important reason for the progress of acute ischemic stroke. Mutual induction and interaction between them , Is a risk factor for acute ischemic stroke.
