目的 探讨青光眼眼压调节器(OGPR)植入睫状体冷凝治疗新生血管性青光眼的方法和效果。方法 采取下方180°结膜面上睫状体冷凝8 点,时间20s,温度- 65℃~-75℃;OGPR引流头在巩膜瓣下斜形置入前房1.5m m ,引流部分固定于外直肌与上直肌间的赤道部巩膜面;另做切口作虹膜根部切除。结果 术后随访8~18m o 见8例未使用任何药物,2例局部使用噻吗心安后眼压均控制在2.80~1.30kPa之间。结论 OGPR植入联合睫状体冷凝是治疗新生血管性青光眼的良好方法,两者间有协同作用
Objective To investigate the method and effect of glaucoma intraocular pressure regulator (OGPR) implantation in ciliary body condensation in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma. Methods The ciliary body of 180 ° subconjunctival surface was cryosed for 8 points for 20 seconds and the temperature was between -65 ° C and -75 ° C. The OGPR drainage head was placed obliquely into the anterior chamber at a scleral flap of 1.5 m. The drainage was partially fixed outside Rectus and upper rectus equator between the sclera surface; the other for the iris root incision. Results All patients were followed up for 8 ~ 18m o. No drug was used in 8 patients. Intraocular pressure was controlled between 2.80 ~ 1.30kPa in 2 patients. Conclusions OGPR implantation combined with ciliary body condensation is a good method for the treatment of neovascular glaucoma with synergistic effects
