热镀锌钢丝镀层性能与镀层结构紧密相关,研究镀层的金相组织与显微结构是改善镀锌工艺,提高镀层质量的重要手段之一。由于一般的钢丝镀层均很薄,因而给金相样品的制备带来了很大困难。本文简要介绍了高碳钢丝纯锌镀层及 Zn—5%Al 合金镀层金相样品的制备、浸蚀剂的选用及镀层组织结构,同时对 Zn—5%Al 合金铸态组织及加入混合稀土后铸态组织的变化也进行了对比,从而为钢丝热镀 Galfan 合金(Zn—5%Al-0.05%RE)工艺及复合热镀工艺提供参考。
The performance of hot-dip galvanized steel wire coating is closely related to the structure of the coating. Studying the microstructure and microstructure of the coating is an important means to improve the galvanization process and improve the quality of the coating.
