根据内摆线原理设计了一种单缸柴油发动机,并对其进行了运动学和动力学仿真。得出了该新型发动机活塞的运动规律,活塞对气缸的侧压力、连杆大头轴承载荷等仿真曲线,结果表明:该新型发动机活塞做完全简谐直线运动,不产生2阶谐量;侧压力明显降低。有利于降低活塞与汽缸套之间的摩擦损失,提高机械效率。
