蚕豆根尖细胞微核试验技术的应用

早在五十年代.国外已利用蚕豆根尖细胞技术观察放射线引起的染色体断裂,六十年代此技术广泛应用于化学物,尤其是药品和农药所致染色体损伤的实验研究。1982年美国环境保护局组织专家在对该方法进行综述评价的基础上提出可利用蚕豆根尖细胞技术监测环境污染。由于此方法具有简便易行、反应灵敏和实验偏差较小等优点,目前已为国内外广泛采用。近年来,国内也应用于药物、农药和可疑的化学诱变剂以及水体污染诱变剂等方面的研 As early as the fifties, foreign countries have used the observation of radiation-induced chromosome rupture in the root-tip cells of Vicia faba.
