在现如今的农村教育过程中,总是存在着这样一种观念:孩子成绩好,则一切都好。反之,就是教师没有抓紧学生,或家长没有盯紧学生。教师与家长合作交流的矛盾也由此而产生。从农村小学教育教学活动中,教师与家长交流过程中出现的一些问题入手,分析这些矛盾产生的原因,结合在农村小学见习过程中常见的一些对小学生造成恶劣后果的不良现象,如“告状”“体罚”等等,找出教师与家长双方教育理念上不同的地方,以及两者各自在教育理念、教育方法上的不足之处。讨论教师与家长应该如何进行交流,以及交流什么,才能够改进教育理念,改变教育方法,从而促进小学生健康成长。
In today’s rural education process, there is always such a concept: children good grades, then everything is fine. On the contrary, teachers do not pay close attention to students, or parents did not keep an eye on students. The contradiction between teachers and parents to cooperate and exchange also arises. From the rural primary education and teaching activities, teachers and parents communicate some of the problems that arise in the process of starting to analyze the causes of these contradictions, combined with the rural primary school in the process of learning some of the common adverse consequences of primary school students, such as “” Corporal punishment "and so on, to find out the different educational concepts between teachers and parents, as well as their respective deficiencies in educational philosophy, educational methods. Discussing how teachers and parents should communicate and what they can exchange to improve their educational philosophy and change their methods of education so as to promote the healthy growth of primary school students.
