目的：探讨产妇分娩时利用产科新模式护理方法进行护理的效果。方法选取2014年4月～2015年4月在我院进行分娩的产妇100例为调查对象，随机分为两组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组利用产科护理新模式进行护理，比较分析两组护理效果。结果观察组阴道生产率为66%，对照组为42%；观察组生产各产程时间均低于对照组；观察组护理后焦虑程度和疼痛程度均明显低于对照组。结论产科护理新模式用于产妇分娩过程的护理中，有助于提高产妇分娩质量，缓解产妇焦虑情绪，值得广泛推广。“,”Objective To explore the effect of nursing care of the new mode of obstetric nursing during the delivery.Methods Select 2013 from April 2014 April in our hospital for maternal childbirth 100 cases as the object of study, were divided for 2 groups. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care, observation group using obstetric nursing mode for nursing and nursing effect of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The vaginal rate of observation group was 66%, the control group was 42%, the observation group was lower than the control group, the level of anxiety and pain of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Obstetric nursing mode is used in the process of childbirth care, help to improve the quality of maternal delivery, relieve maternal anxiety, worthy of extensive promotion.
