将自测的实蝇科6种和从GenBank中检索到的12属40种的mtDNA-COI基因编码区序列片段进行同源性比较,构建分子系统树.在获得的657 bp序列中,变异位点41.4%、简约位点35.62%,A+T含量为64.7%,转换与颠换的比值为0.868.分子系统树表明:果实蝇属、合腹寡鬃实蝇属为最先分化出来的属,是较为原始的类群;其次是按实蝇属、凤实蝇属、绕实蝇属,腊实蝇属为较晚分化出来的属.按实蝇属、果实蝇属及合腹寡鬃实蝇属是近缘的;绕实蝇属和腊实蝇属是近缘的.
The homology comparison between 6 species of fruit fly families and 40 species of 12 genera of 12 genera retrieved from GenBank was carried out to construct the molecular phylogenetic tree.In the 657 bp sequence obtained, Point 41.4%, simple position 35.62%, A + T content of 64.7%, conversion and transversion ratio of 0.868.A molecular phylogenetic tree shows that: Fruit fruit genus, Homoptera polygamy is the first differentiated genera , Is the more primitive group; followed by the fruit fly genus, fruit fly genus, around the fruit fly genus, waxy fruit genus differentiated later genus. According to fruit fly genus, fruit fly genus Muscidae are closely related; Entomophthora and Phasianus are closely related.
