从2000年开始,中国石油开始在鸡西、哈尔滨、沈阳、长春等12个城市展开了IC卡加油系统的试点建设工作,并取得了一定的成效。然而这套IC卡加油系统是基于对加油机的改造去完成,加油机与IC 卡是联动的,即只有插入IC卡才能加油, 这样对系统的推广和使用提出了更高的要求,也加大了实施的难度。中国石油辽宁销售分公司在充分考虑国内外成品油零售业务的发展趋势,在中国石油成品油零售管理系统的总体框架下,结合辽宁的实际情况,推出了以客户为中心.支持无障碍支付的成品油零售管理系统,并已经在辽阳完成了试点工作,准备在全省范围内推广。本文就这套系统的设计思路、技术架构和关键技术做一介绍。
