液力变矩器工作腔必须保证一定的供油量和供油压力,故在变矩器进油口设置了进油阀。供油压力的最低值应超过液体的汽化压力值,以避免产生气泡而造成变矩器叶轮的气蚀。本文介绍液力变矩器进油阀原理、存在问题及改进方法。1.进油阀结构及原理(1)结构3t及以下装载机YJ320、YJ280、YJ265型液力变矩器的进油口均设置了进油阀。这种进油阀由主压力阀和变矩器进口阀两部分组合而成。
