目的:对急性子中2种主要凤仙萜四醇苷类成分凤仙萜四醇苷K、凤仙萜四醇苷A进行含量测定。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法,使用Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(梯度洗脱,0~22min时为50∶50,22~50min时为54∶46),流速0.8mL·min-1,柱温25℃。ELSD检测器条件:载气(空气)流速2.5L·min-1,漂移管温度89℃。结果:凤仙萜四醇苷K、A进样量在5~20μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(n=6)分别为0.9995和0.9992;平均回收率(n=6)均为98.0%,RSD均为1.3%。结论:本方法能够准确测定急性子中凤仙萜四醇苷K、A的含量,方法简便,结果可靠。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the contents of the two major impatiens tetraterpene glycosides, impatiens glycoside K and impatiens triterpene glycoside A, in the acute seeds. METHODS: A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering detection method was used. The Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water (gradient elution, 50-50 min from 0-22 min). 50:22 to 50 min at 54:46), flow rate 0.8 mL·min-1, column temperature 25°C. ELSD detector conditions: carrier gas (air) flow rate 2.5L·min-1, drift tube temperature 89°C. RESULTS: The linear relationship between the content of K, A of Fentocene glycosides K and A in the range of 5-20 μg was good, the correlation coefficient (n=6) was 0.9995 and 0.9992, and the average recovery rate (n=6) was 98.0%. RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion: This method can accurately determine the contents of F. citrifolia glycosides K and A in the acute broth. The method is simple and reliable.
