当前我国的姓氏体系为子女随父的姓.由于几千年来形成了根深蒂固的传统观念,人们愿生男以传宗接代.这造成男女人口比例不协调的日益严重,并会引起相应社会问题.目的是设计一个新的中华民族姓氏体系.即子女不随父姓也不随母姓.同时能够依子女姓名推知父母的姓.以达到男女平等及生男生女一个样的目标.采用的方法是给出一个相应的代数系统.将姓及名字的第1个字与代数系统中相应码对应.再通过相应运算,推知某人的家谱结构.给出了m=3~n个姓的姓氏体系设计方法,并以9个姓的设计方法作为例子予以说明.目前全世界各国基本上都是子女随父姓,给出的设计方法在原理上可适用于其它国家或民族.
