目的对四川省眉山市乡镇卫生院和社区卫生服务中心(项目实施单位)开展基本公共卫生服务项目老年人健康管理服务能力进行现状调查,为进一步增强服务能力提供决策依据。方法采用统一的调查表收集全市项目实施单位开展老年人健康管理服务情况。结果眉山市5县1区共130家乡镇卫生院、10家社区卫生服务中心共有职工4 831人,其中从事老年人健康管理服务专兼职人员769人(15.92%);年龄50岁以下(91.68%);医学专业人员有727人(94.54%),大专及以上331人(45.53%);副高、中级、初级和助理、无职称分别占3.44%、12.52%、68.91%和15.13%。140家项目实施单位对老年人健康管理服务规范要求7项辅助检查全部有条件开展的95家(67.86%),7项全部由本单位完成的58家(41.14%);仅由1人承担老年人健康管理服务的23家(16.43%),由2人承担老年人健康管理服务的24家(17.14%)。结论眉山市乡镇卫生院和社区卫生服务中心部分不能全部开展老年人健康管理全部辅助检查;部分项目实施单位老年人健康管理服务人员少;从事老年人健康管理服务的公共卫生人员多数为初级以下和非业务人员。
Objective To investigate the status quo of health management services for elders in basic public health service projects in township hospitals and community health service centers (project implementation units) in Meishan City, Sichuan Province, and to provide the basis for decision-making in order to further enhance their service capabilities. Methods A unified questionnaire was used to collect the project implementation units in the city to conduct health management services for the elderly. Results There were 130 township hospitals in 5 districts and 1 district of Meishan City and 4,831 workers in 10 community health service centers, including 769 part-time part-time staff (15.92%) in health management services for the elderly; 91.68% ); There are 727 medical professionals (94.54%), 331 (45.53%) with college degree and above, and 3.44%, 12.52%, 68.91% and 15.13% respectively in the secondary, intermediate, junior and assistant positions. 140 project implementing agencies required the health management service for the elderly 7 items (95%) (67.86%), 7 items (58%) (41.14%) completed by the employer and only 1 person undertaking the elderly 23 (16.43%) of health management services and 24 (17.14%) of elderly health management services were undertaken by 2 people. Conclusion Meishan City, township hospitals and community health service centers can not all part of the health check-up of the elderly to carry out all the auxiliary inspection; part of the project implementation unit less health management services for the elderly; the majority of public health workers engaged in health management services for the elderly below and below Non-business staff.
