中国地质学会探矿工程专业委员会于1965年7月6—15日在北京科学会堂召开了第一届全国探矿工程学术会议。参加这次会议的包括来自全国各地冶金、煤炭、水电、建材、建工、铁道和地质等部以及有关院校的探矿工作者共396人。会议共收到论文315篇。会议期间,代表们根据地质部许杰副部长的指示,首先集中讨论如何实现探矿技术队伍的思想革命化的问题,然后围绕几个生产关键问题分专业组按中心课题进行学术讨论,做到了既务虚,又务实,以虚带实;有论文介绍,又进行专题讨论,用革命精神总结和交流了探矿工程思想革命和技术革命的经验,并且研究了当前存在的主要问题。因此,这次会议是一个政治挂帅、思想领先的革命化的学术会议。
The Geological Society of China prospecting engineering committee held the first national conference on prospecting engineering in Beijing Science Hall from July 6 to July 1965. A total of 396 prospectors participated in the conference, including metallurgy, coal, hydropower, building materials, construction, railways and geology, as well as relevant institutions and colleges from all over the country. The conference received a total of 315 papers.
