现阶段我国经济发展进程向前推进的速度是相对来说比较稳定的,并且当今我国所处的时代是一个知识经济的时代,科学技术的发展和应用速度是相对来说比较快的。这就得各个行业中的相关企业带来了崭新的发展契机,各个行业中的相关企业如果想要得到发展,好人才储备和人才的能力开发之间的相互关系是相对来说比较密切的,企业发展进程向前推进的过程中是不是能够将员工的工作积极性调动起来,是和企业发展进程向前推进的过程中实施的各个层面的相关管理工作之间存在着较为密切的相互关系的,处于经营状态中的企业只有施行做个层面的管理和激励措施才能够使员工的工作积极性得到一定程度的提升,从而在企业发展进程向前推进的过程中起到一定程度的促进性作用。
