在帕金森病(PD)、阿尔茨海默病(AD)、多发性硬化(MS)等一些慢性神经系统疾病患者脑内有过多铁沉积,导致自由基的产生,进而脂质过氧化,直接或间接影响着疾病的发生和发展。应用一些定量检测脑铁MR新技术,如磁敏感加权成像(SWI),可以敏感地检测到脑内铁浓度的变化。本文着重就检测脑铁的MR技术及PD、AD、MS患者脑铁异常沉积的MR表现进行综述。
