目前,国内外通常采用X—射线衍射、单分子膜以及电解等方法来测定阿佛加德罗常数。用X—射线衍射法测定的数据是很精确的。但是设备费用高,操作复杂,不适合一般中学教学使用。单分子膜法测定阿佛加德罗常数有时能得到好的结果。但是由于测定值易受其它因素的影响(如溶液的浓度、形成膜容器的形状以及操作技术等方面的影响),因此重现性不够好。另一方面,用它作为高中一年级学生的实验在化学知识方面也有一定的差距。如:(1),实验是使
At present, the domestic and foreign methods such as X-ray diffraction, monolayer and electrolysis are usually used to determine the Avogadro’s number.
