本文报道了一个简单、快速的有机磷杀虫剂多残留分析方法。样品用丙酮和水提取,过滤后于滤液中加入食盐使丙酮和水相分离,再加入二氯甲烷进行液—液分配,提取液浓缩后注入带火焰光度检测器的气相色谱仪测定。采用5%V—210色谱柱和程序升温,在10min内便可测出10种有机磷农药。本方法在水、土壤、大米和苹果中的添加回收率为82—102%,均符合农残分析要求。
This paper reports a simple and rapid multi-residue analysis of organophosphorus insecticides. The sample was extracted with acetone and water. After filtration, the salt was added to the filtrate to separate the acetone and the aqueous phase, and then dichloromethane was added for liquid-liquid partition. The extract was concentrated and injected into a gas chromatograph with a flame photometric detector. Using 5% V-210 column and temperature program, 10 organophosphorus pesticides can be detected within 10 minutes. The recoveries of this method in water, soil, rice and apple were 82-102%, all of which met the requirements of pesticide residue analysis.
