电镀金属层是一种电结晶过程,它和液态金属冷凝时结晶一样,同样是靠镀层晶核的生成和晶核形成后的成长来完成的。由于电镀工艺条件的改变,直接影响着晶核形成的速度和晶核成长的速度,因而就得出不同的镀层结晶组织。为了节省繁重的机械抛光,提高零件表面硬度和抗蚀性,近年来,国内外都在研究改变电镀条件,直接获得光亮的镀层,称之为光泽性电镀。我厂镀锌层零件较多,参考有关资料,对光泽性镀锌曾进行不同的配方试验,并对各种镀层的光亮度、平整度、硬度、脆性和抗蚀性作了比较。金相也配合作了镀层结晶
Electroplating metal layer is an electrocrystallization process, which is the same as the crystallization of liquid metal when the condensation is also based on the formation of coated nuclei and growth after the formation of nuclei to complete.
