目的探讨护士工作倦怠发生的情况与自我和谐的关系。方法应用工作倦怠量表与自我和谐量表对816例护士进行调查分析。结果护士工作倦怠人数较多,占63.59%,其中轻度倦怠149人(18.58%),中度倦怠284人(35.41%),重度倦怠77人(9.60%);而263人存在自我不和谐,占32.79%。自我不和谐程度越高,工作倦怠越严重。结论护士存在严重的工作倦怠,自我和谐与工作倦怠密切相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between nurses’ job burnout and self-harmony. Methods A total of 816 nurses were surveyed using the Burnout Scale and Self-consistency Scale. Results The number of job burnout among nurses was 63.59%, of which 149 were mild burnout (18.58%), 284 were medium burnout (35.41%) and 77 were severe burnout (9.60%), while 263 were self-discordant, Accounting for 32.79%. The higher degree of self-disharmony, the more serious job burnout. Conclusion Nurses have serious job burnout, self-consistency and job burnout are closely related.
