教学规律是指教学过程中各要素之间的内在的必然联系,这种联系不断重复出现,在一定条件下经常起作用,并决定教学必然向着某种趋势发展。体育新课程正是这种规律发展的产物。体育的教学过程是由教师、学生、教学内容、教学方法和手段等要素构成,大致可分为准备、实施和效果三个基本程序阶段。体育教学中学生学习的认识过程主要是系统学习和掌握前人的经验,是高度简约化的学习,它即遵循一般学科的教学规律,又要按照体育教学过程的特殊性来组织教学,下面就体育教学过程的特殊规律试作初步的探讨和阐述。
