自开展“三个代表”学教活动以来,化州供电局把转变行业作风,推进电力优质服务,解决客户用电难题作为实践“三个代表”重要思想的具体行动。在全系统扎实地开展“电力市场整顿的优质服务年”活动,努力为客户提供“优质、方便、规范、真诚”的供电服务。过去,在我们电力企业中,存在着“电老大”的思想,办事效率低,服务意识不够强等不良现象,严重地损害了群众的利益和阻碍地方经济的发展。为改变企业内部这些不良习气,树立企业的良好形象,我局借“三个代表”学习教育活动的良好契机,在全系统全面推进了“电力优质服务”的具体措施。一是抓好行风建设,坚决摒弃“电老大”的思想,建立和健全《纠风和行风建设的工作规划》、《供电所规范服务考核方案》、《供电服务承诺制》等多项供电服务规章制度。二是实施“科技兴电”战略,以科技手段为优质服务增强实力,去年,我们在营销收费中,率先在城内四个供电所
